Unfortunately, this president has been in a position to select more supreme court justices than any other president before him with the exception of George Washington(?) and to sway the supreme court, not only during his tenure but for the next several decades. In addition, he has appointed enough right-wing justices and federal prosecutors throughout the entire justice system, all of which have been mandated to denounce and/or rule against citizen plaintiffs in cases involving EEOC, women's rights, first amendment rights, affirmative action, abortion and sadly, habeaus corpus. In case you haven't noticed, even after he is gone, and even if our congress shifts towards an even larger demoncratic majority in next year's election, the courts will still follow the right-wing dictates of the republican party to the ultimate demise of working class Americans in this country. It is indeed a sad day for us all. May God have mercy on our souls.
